Недавно столкнулся с такой же проблемой. Решение - обновление плагина HELIX II. Helix - это фрейворк для разработки шаблонов от JoomShaper.
Скачать базовый шаблон можно здесь https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/helix-ii
Из архива выдернуть две папки плагинами и записать поверх имеющихся.

Hello Dear Team,

This is really a great template and it works very well with all other components as well.
But, this template is not working in Mobiles phones - even, when I open the same demo site(joomla.vinagecko.net/t/vina_fashion/inde...cts/women/dresses-10), the site has been struck and no menus/add cart buttons are cliack-able.

Please do guide me on how to make this work on all phones as desktop.
